摘要 目的探讨不同炮制程度栀子炭(生品、轻炭、标炭、重炭)的质量评价标准。方法以干栀子及不同炮制程度的3类栀子炭的鞣质质量分数、吸附力、p H值和电导率为特征变量,运用主成分和聚类分析法评价栀子炭质量。结果干栀子及各栀子炭的4个特征变量值变化有一定的规律性,随着炮制程度的加深,吸附力随着炮制程度的变化而变化,鞣质质量分数和电导率先升后降呈抛物线变化,p H值逐渐升高。主成分与聚类分析结果一致,都将干栀子与各栀子炭品聚成4类。结论运用主成分与聚类分析法评价栀子炭质量,具有可靠性,可为评价中药栀子炭质量提供借鉴。 Objective To discuss the quality evaluation standard of gardenia charcoal ( dry gardenia, light degree carbonized gardenia, moderate carbonized gardenia, heavy degree carbonized gardenia) with different processing degree. Methods Four kinds of gardenia charcoal were compared with tannin contents, adsorption force, pH value and conductivity as characteristic variables. Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the quality of gardenia charcoal. Results The four characteristic variables of different processing gardenia had certain patterns with the deepening of processing degree. The adsorption force varied with the degree of processing. The contents of tannins and conductivity varied as parabola, and the pH value increased. The results of principal component and cluster analysis were coincident, and the dry gardenia and gardenia charcoal with different processing degree were clustered into 4 types. Conclusion Principal component analysis and cluster analysis could be used to evaluate the quality of gardenia charcoal, which is reliable and could provide reference for evaluating the quality of fructus gardenia.
