循环游离DNA在结直肠癌中的临床应用进展

Progression of clinical utility of circulating cell-free DNA in colorectal cancer

结直肠癌是胃肠道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来随着高危人群筛查的开展及内镜技术的发展,结直肠癌早期诊断率有所提高,但多数患者出现明显症状时已处于中晚期,预后较差。循环游离DNA(cf DNA)作为一种新型潜在肿瘤标记物近年来得到广泛关注,其在结直肠癌早期诊断、化疗方案的选择、疗效评估及预后判断等方面中具有重要的临床应用前景。本文就cf DNA在结直肠癌中的临床应用进展作一综述。

Colorectal cancer is one of most common malignant tumor of the gastrointestinal tract and it is difficult to early di- agnosis. Rencently, with the development of screening for high-risk individuals and improvement of endoscopy, the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer has improved largely. However, those with obvious symptoms have developed into advanced stage and their prognosis was poor. Circulating cell-free DNA （cfDNA） as a new type of tumor biomarkers has been widely concerned recently. It has great po- tential for choosing chemotherapy regiems, evaluating therapeutic effect and predicting prognosis. In this paper, clinical utility of circu- lating cell-free DNA in colorectal cancer will be reviewed.
