我国“双一流”大学建设的“道”与“术”

The way and skill in the construction of the double first-class university in China

"道"是认知层面的本质规律和理念精神,"术"是实践层面的方法技巧和操作手段,二者共同构成了高等教育组织的椭圆形焦点。"双一流"建设需要一流的高等教育管控驾驭之"术",但更需要符合高等教育之"道"的价值信仰和文化氛围。只有各相关主体,在实践层面实现了"双一流"建设的"道"、"术"结合,国家的顶层设计和宏伟蓝图魂体归一,我国的高等教育发展才能真正走上一条具有中国特色,世界水平的理性之路。

The way and skill refer to the organization of the higher education in relation to nature and method.The double first-class university construction is committed to the method or technique,while it should be in conformity with the nature,values,beliefs and cultural morals.Likewise,the process of construction should be filled up with all subjects concerned,and the double first-class university may as well be on its right track.
