“三位一体”思维下日本高校招生考试制度改革新探

Reform on the college entrance examination in Japan from the perspective of trinity

日本高等教育从大众化快速进入普及化阶段以来,教育与考试领域都呈现出前所未有的多变性与多样化,伴随少子化趋势高校招生考试制度也渐露不适应性。2013年,文部科学省基于中学教育、高校招生考试、大学教育"三位一体"思维启动高校招生考试制度改革。改革以高大衔接为主线,关注人的生存能力,以思考力、批判力、表现力的"三力"培养贯穿教育全程,贯穿考试改革全程。这种全景式的新考试改革趋势遵循教育考试的内在逻辑,避免市场逻辑的湮没性冲击。对我国当下高等教育大众化进程中的高校招生考试改革具有现实意义与借鉴价值。

Japanese higher education has rapidly grown popularized,and diversification arises in the field of education and examination.The existing college entrance examination system gradually fails to adapt to the current tendency,say,low birthrate.In 2013,ministry of education calls for the college entrance examination reform,on basis of the senior high school education,college entrance examination and higher education.It focuses on the survival ability of students,thinking,criticism and performance.
