摘要 [目的]研究不同生长条件对青稞产量、品质的影响。[方法]采集4个青稞品种,分别在西藏、甘肃、山西3个地区进行对比种植,对青稞中的水分、灰分、淀粉、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、可溶糖、碳水化合物、β-葡聚糖以及砷、铅、汞12项指标进行检测。[结果]与原产地青稞种植产量相比,在山西省种植的青稞产量仅占其44%~73%;在同一地区种植的品种,其粗蛋白、粗纤维、水分、灰分、粗脂肪、可溶糖、碳水化合物等各项指标没有明显的变化;不同地区同一品种粗蛋白含量差异显著;喜马拉22中β-葡聚糖含量与昆仑12以及昆仑15差异显著,同一地区差异不大;原产地的品种各项重金属指标都低于在山西种植的品种。[结论]该研究可为今后青稞引进种植提供理论依据。 [Objective]To study the effect of growth conditions on the yield and nutrient qualities.[Method]Four varieties of hulless barley were planted in three areas of Tibet, Gansu and Shanxi Province.The water,ash,starch,crude protein,crude fiber,soluble sugar,carbohy-drates,β-glucan and heavy mental were detected.[ Result] Compared with the hulless barley production in the original production area,the yield was only 44% to 73% in Shanxi Province.There were no obvious changes in the indexes of crude protein, crude fiber, moisture, ash, crude fat, soluble sugar, and carbohydrate in the same area.The difference of crude protein content of the same variety in different regions was significant.The β-glucan content of Ximala 22 was significantly lower than that in Kunlun 12 and Kunlun 15.There was no big difference of the β-glucan content in different varieties.All kinds of heavy metals from original area was lower than that from Shanxi Province.[ Conclusion] This study can provide theoretical basis for the introduction of hulless barley in future.
