摘要
[目的]以经济、环保的磁性花生壳活性炭为吸附剂,研究其对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附性能。[方法]对吸附剂用量、吸附时间、染料初始浓度、溶液pH及温度等因素进行综合考察,确定最佳吸附条件。[结果]最佳吸附剂用量为0.4 g/L,吸附过程不受溶液pH影响。过程与准二级动力学模型基本相符(R^2>0.988)。吸附等温线与Langmuir等温方程的契合度最高(R^2>0.986)。[结论]磁性花生壳活性炭是一种有前途的染料废水处理生物材料。
[Objective] To study the adsorption properties of methylene blue by using economic and environmental magnetic peanut shell activated carbon as adsorbent.[Method]The optimum conditions of adsorption were determined by investigating the amount of adsorbent,the time of adsorp-tion,the initial concentration of dye,the pH and temperature of the solution.[Result]The optimum adsorbent dosage was 0.4 g/L,and the adsorp-tion process was not affected by the pH of the solution.This process was basically consistent with the quasi two order kinetic model (R^2 〉0.988). The agreement between the adsorption isotherm and the Langmuir isotherm equation was the highest (R^2 〉0.986).[Conclusion]The magnetic peanut shell activated carbon was an attractive substance for removing dyes from dye wastewater.
