摘要
[目的]了解西藏山羊DQA2基因与血液免疫性状的关系。[方法]利用PCR-RFLP对西藏山羊DQA2基因外显子2多态性及其血液免疫指标效应进行了分析。[结果]在西藏山羊中共检测到4种基因型,由3个等位基因控制。其中,BB基因型淋巴细胞数目显著高于AB型和BC型(P<0.05),BB型中间细胞数目高于AB型和BC型,BB型平均血红蛋白含量低于AB型和BC型,但均差异不显著。[结论]西藏山羊BB基因型是影响血液淋巴细胞总数的重要因素,与血液免疫指标有一定的相关性,可作为抗病育种的遗传标记,也为后期的辅助选择提供了科学依据。
[Objective] To understand the relationship between DQA2 gene and blood immune traits in Tibet goat.[Method]The polymorphism of exon 2 of DQA2 gene of Tibetan goat and the effects on blood immune traits were studied by PCR-RFLP.[ Result] Four genotypes were detected in Tibetan goat,which were controlled by three alleles.Lymphocyte count(W-SCC)with genotype BB was significantly higher than that with genotype AB and BC (P〈0.05).Intermediate cell count (MID) with genotype BB was higher than that with genotype AB and BC.Mean corpuscular he-moglobin(MCH) with genotype BB was lower than that with genotype AB and BC,but there was no significant difference.[Conclusion]Genotype BB was an important factor affecting W-SCC.There was correlation between genotypes and blood immune traits,so it could be used as a genetic marker for disease resistance breeding,and it also provided scientific basis for the latter selective breeding.
