脂肪因子对牙周炎症组织影响机制的研究

Research of mechanism of the effect of adipokines on periodontal inflammatory tissue

肥胖作为全球范围内的流行病,与某些系统性疾病如糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病等密切相关,并与牙周炎具有相关性,二者之间相互影响。脂肪组织能分泌一系列的脂肪因子,如内脂素、瘦素、抵抗素、脂联素等,同时这些脂肪因子也存在于牙周组织细胞中。脂肪因子不仅能调节胰岛素的敏感性,同时也参与机体的炎症反应,故两种疾病的相关性可能通过脂肪因子联系起来。本文就脂肪因子对牙周炎的影响作一简要综述。

As a global epidemic, obesity is highly correlated with certain systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardio- vascular disease, etc., and particularly has a close correlation with periodontitis. Adipose tissue can secrete a series of adipocytokines, such as visfatin, leptin, resistin, adiponectin, etc., which also exist in the cells of periodontal tissue. Adipokines can not only regulate the sensitivity of insulin but also participate in body＇s inflammatory response. Therefore, these two diseases may be linked by adipo- kines. This review focuses on the effects of adipokines on pefiodontitis.
