认知翻译学视阈下识解再现与重构——以《望庐山瀑布》的翻译为例 被引量:6

Reproduction and Reconstruction of Construal from the Perspective of Cognitive Translatology:A Case Study on the Translation of the Poem “Cataract on Mount Lu”

摘要 在认知翻译学的辖制下,"识解"与"翻译"的结合,使抽象的认知翻译具有了可操作性。翻译活动通常包含两个过程,即原文理解中的识解再现:再现原作者对原情景的识解过程,以便理解原作者对情景识解时所形成的概念化意义;原文转换中的识解重构:在译文中重构原作者对情景的识解。文章利用认知语言学中的"识解"探讨翻译的两个过程,阐述识解再现与识解重构两种观点,尝试分析翻译过程中译者的认知机制。发现原文转换以原文理解为前提,译者在原文转换的识解重构中要尽量实现识解的四个维度(辖域/背景、视角、突显和详略度)最大程度地接近原作者对原情景的识解,这样有助于准确地传达原文本义。 From perspective of cognitive translatology, the combination of construal and translation makes the cognitive translation more concrete and operational. Translation activity usually contains two processes which are the construal reproduction in the comprehension of the original and the con- strual reconstruction in the transference of language. The former means that the translators should re- produce the construal process of the original situation conducted by the authors in order to understand its conceptualized meanings. The latter indicates that the translators should reconstruct the construal of the situation completed by the authors. The construal reproduction and construal reconstruction are analyzed in this paper by virtue of "construal" in the cognitive linguistics, which aims at exploring the translation processes and tries to analyze the cognitive mechanism of translator- in translation. It is found that original transference is on the premise of original comprehension, and the four dimensions of construal should be maximally closed to those of the construal of the original situation conducted by the authors in the construal reconstruction of original transference, which will help accurately convey ? the original meanings.
