经皮穴位电刺激改善脑卒中单侧空间忽略患者认知障碍的研究

Study on the improvement of cognitive impairment in patients with unilateral space neglect of stroke by transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation

目的:研究经皮穴位电刺激改善脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者认知障碍的程度。方法:采用随机数字表法将患者等分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规的康复护理训练;试验组在常规康复护理训练的前提下,给予经皮穴位电刺激。治疗前后采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)、线段二等分试验、删除试验对比两组患者单侧空间忽略认知障碍的改善程度。结果:干预后,试验组MOCA评分、线段二等分试验均明显高于干预前(P<0.05)且两组比较有统计学意义,而删除试验没有明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激能够有效地改善脑卒中单侧空间忽略患者认知障碍的程度。

Objective： To study the degree of cognitive impairment in patients with unilateral space neglect of stroke by transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation. Methods： The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training. The experimental group was given the transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation under the condition of routine rehabilitation nursing training. Before and after treatment,the improvement degree of cognitive impairment of the unilateral space neglect in the two groups were compared by the Montreal cognitive assessment scale（ MOCA）,the segmental bisection test and the deletion test. Results： After intervention,the MOCA score and the bisection test were significantly higher in the experimental group than those before the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. The comparison between the two groups were statistically significant. The deletion test did not change significantly（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can effectively improve the level of cognitive impairment in unilateral space neglect of stroke.
