摘要
目的:探讨院外糖尿病患者延续性护理教育的效果。方法:成立延续性糖尿病护理教育小组,为出院糖尿病患者提供规范性、系统性、连续性的知信行教育,为期3个月。实施前后对患者的疾病知信行、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)进行比较分析。结果:实施前后,患者的疾病认知能力、疾病信念、疾病相关行为评分较干预前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);末梢空腹血糖、餐后2 h末梢血糖无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HbA1c明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知信行延续性护理教育在院外糖尿病患者中应用具有可行性、有效性,可以为糖尿病患者提供专业服务,改善患者的知信行。
Objective: To explore the effect of continuing nursing education in patients with diabetes mellitus out of the hospital. Methods: The continuous diabetes care education group was established to provide a standardized,systematic,continuous knowledge of education for the discharge of diabetes patients for a period of 3 months. Before and after the implementation,the disease knowledge-attitude-behavior,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin( HbA1c) of the patients were compared and analyzed. Results: Before and after the implementation,the disease cognitive ability,disease beliefs and disease-related behavior scores of the patients were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in peripheral fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose and the difference was no statistical significance( P〉0. 05). The HbA1c was significantly improved and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05).Conclusion: It is feasible and effective to apply the knowledge-attitude-behavior continuity nursing education to the patients with diabetes mellitus. It can provide professional services for patients with diabetes mellitus and improve the patient's knowledge,attitude and behavior.
