摘要 目的:探讨影响肿瘤患者随访质量的根本原因,为制定有效管理措施、提高随访质量提供依据。方法:对185例肿瘤患者的随访状况进行根本原因分析,分析影响随访质量的原因。结果:185例肿瘤患者,105例接受随访(56.76%);有73例(39.46%)获取完整随访资料,健康教育掌握度(17.3%~53.6%);失访80例(43.24%)。结论:影响肿瘤患者随访质量的因素是随访率及健康教育掌握程度低,主要根本原因为对随访不重视,电话号码缺陷,缺乏规范化随访流程,随访人员缺乏系统培训,院内外健康教育欠佳、衔接不良。应加强患者及家属随访意识、健康教育、随访员培训、规范随访流程、完善随访信息系统,以降低失访率、增强健康教育效果,提高随访质量。 Objective: To explore the root causes of the follow-up quality of patients with tumors and to provide effective basis for the establishment of effective management measures to improve the quality of follow-up. Methods: The follow-up status of 185 cases of patients with tumors was analyzed,and the reasons of follow-up quality were analyzed. Results: Among the 185 patients with tumor,there were 105 patients received follow-up( 56. 76%). There were 73 patients( 39. 46%) had complete follow-up data and the health education mastery( 17. 3%-53. 6%). A total of 80 patients lost to follow-up( 43. 24%)lost. Conclusion: The factors that affect the quality of follow-up of patients with tumor are the follow-up rate and the low level of health education mastery.The main reason is that the patients doesn't attach importance to the follow-up,the lack of telephone number,the lack of standardized follow-up procedure,the lack of systematic training of follow-up personnel,as well as the poor health education and poor convergence both in and out of the hospital. We should strengthen the patient and family follow-up awareness,health education and follow-up personnel's training,standardize follow-up process and improve the follow-up information system to reduce the loss to follow-up rate,enhance health education effect and improve the follow-up quality.
