PDCA管理在推进静脉治疗新规范中的应用效果

Application effect of PDCA management in promotion of new regulations for intravenous therapy

目的:探讨PDCA管理在推进静脉治疗操作技术规范化中的应用效果。方法:2016年7~12月成立PDCA管理小组,对静脉治疗存在的问题进行持续质量改进,比较实施前后静脉治疗安全性及质量。结果:实施后护士静脉治疗内容知晓率、注射工具选择符合率、查对正确率、手卫生依从率、消毒操作达标率、中心静脉置管维护率、留置针使用合格率、信息记录完整率及患者满意率等较治疗前均得到明显提高(P<0.05),而静脉治疗不良事件发生率、医疗纠纷发生率明显下降(P<0.05)。实施后护士在基础护理、注射操作、健康教育、查对制度、静脉导管维护等方面护理质量评分较实施前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA管理能有效规范静脉操作,提高静脉治疗安全性及护理质量,有助于降低医疗纠纷,提高患者满意率。

Objective： To discuss the application effect of PDCA management in promotion of new regulations for operation technique of intravenous therapy.Methods： A PDCA management team was established from July to December 2016 for continuous quality improvement of problems existing in intravenous therapy,and the safety and quality before and after intravenous therapy were compared. Results： After implementation of intravenous therapy,the content knowledge rate,conformance rate of selection of injection tools,correct rate of checking,hand sanitation compliance rate,standard reach rate of disinfection operation,central venous catheter indwelling maintenance rate,conformance rate in use of remaining needle,information recording completion rate and patients＇ satisfaction etc. were improved significantly compared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,while the occurring rate of intravenous therapy adverse events and occurring rate of medical dispute decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. After implementation,the quality scores of nurses increased significantly in terms of basic nursing,injection operation,health education,checking system and venous duct maintenance were improved significantly compared improved compared with those before nursing（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： PDCA management could effectively regulate the intravenous operation,improve the safety and nursing quality of intravenous therapy,could reduce the medical dispute and increase patients＇ satisfaction.
