该文旨在对创新创业教育融入软件测试技术人才培养体系,建设软件测试技术创新创业专业特色课程的实践研究。软件测试技术专业人才培养坚持创新创业素质教育和专业技能教育两条线相互促进,相互融合;专业课程实施切实融入创新创业教育理念,在传授技术的同时,传播创业思想和技巧;建设软件测试创新创业专业特色课程资源。实训项目开设模拟实际创业过程,通过创业计划书撰写,实践活动开展等,体验创业准备的各个环节;教学案例设计引入行业开放项目,学生在学习的同时积累真正的项目经验;借助互联网技术探索新的教学模式和教学方法,做到线上线下教育相结合;紧密结合各类创新创业大赛和国家技能大赛,以赛促教,以赛促学;研究新的课程考核评价机制,注重学生综合素质评测。在不断的实践、总结和创新中,笔者探索出了渗透创新创业教育思想的软件测试技术专业特色课程的教学模式和策略,切实提高了教学效果,提升了学生的创新创业能力。
