高校多媒体管理人员不足的解决策略研究——基于绩效导向与成本控制的视角

Research on Strategies to Solve the Problems of Insufficient Multimedia Managers in Colleges and Universities ： Based on the Perspective of Performance Oriented and Cost Control

高校多媒体管理人员作为多媒体教学的技术保障者,数量的不足直接导致教师遇到问题无法得到及时的服务,耽误教学的进行,而文献梳理的结果发现,现有的研究对策并不能有效地解决管理人员少的问题。本研究以绩效导向与成本控制的思想为理论依据,以研究者提供的高校内部其他部门解决类似问题的实践经验为现实依据,综合考虑多媒体管理工作的实际特点,得到N名半个多媒体管理员大于1名多媒体管理员的问题解决思路,提出了招募并培训学生志愿者通过多种途径充当半个多媒体管理员,协助正式的多媒体管理技术人员,快速地响应任课教师并帮助其解决难题的解决策略,并对策略的实施步骤进行了详细的说明。

As the technical supporters of multimedia teaching, The shortage of multimedia Managers in Colleges and Universities causes directly that the teachers which encounters problems can not get timely service,which delays teaching progress. However, the results of the literature research shows that the existing research strategies can not effectively solve the problems of the short- age of technical personnel for multimedia management,The study takes the theories of performance oriented and cost control as theoretical basis and considers practice experience of similar problems discovered in the literature that other departments within the university solves as reality basis.Then,the paper considers the practical characteristics of multimedia management.And on this basis the paper found that many less skilled multimedia administrators are more effective than a skilled multimedia administrator. Finally,the article puts forward the solving strategT that the department of multimedia teaching equipment management recruits and trains student volunteers to act as informal multimedia administrators through multiple channels. Student volunteers assist for- real multimedia management personnel to quickly respond to teachers and help teachers solve difficult problems. The paper also explains detailedly the implementation steps of the strategT.
