摘要
基于云计算理论,利用现代信息技术和风险管理理论创新构建以安全生产智能监管为核心,包括事前基础管理、事中风险预控、事后应急救援与事故管理在内的安全生产智能监管体系模型与架构。该平台规范了安全管理工作,全面掌握安全生产信息,加强安全生产管控,促进安全责任落实,全面推动安全管理工作,提高安全工作效率和全管理水平。
Intelligent management platform of work safety is established combining modem information technology and risk management theory Based on cloud computing. The architecture includes basic management, risk pre-control, emergency rescue and accident management. The platform standardized safety management work, grasp the safety production information fully, strengthen production safety management, promoting the implementation of safety responsibility, promote the safety manage- ment work, and improve work efficiency and the management level comprehensively.
