摘要 为解决双功能玉米联合收获机脱粒后的清选问题,设计一种离心式清选风机。在自制试验平台上进行玉米籽粒清选试验,以清洁率和损失率为试验指标,进行风机转速(900~1 200r/min)单因素清选性能试验;测试风机的风速和风量,验证设计的合理性。试验结果表明,随着风机转速的增大,清洁率先升高后降低,损失率、风速及风量逐渐增加;确定1 050r/min为风机最佳性能参数,其风机出口左、中、右三点风速平均值为:10.19m/s,8.9m/s,10.56m/s,清洁率平均值为97.62%,损失率平均值为1.59%,满足清选要求。 In order to solve the cleaning problems of bifunctional corn combine harvester after threshing,a kind of centrifugal cleaning fan was designed.Cleaning rate and losing rate were chosen as the experimental indexes,and the single factor cleaning experiments were conducted on self-made test platform,with the rotating speed ranging from 900r/min to 1 200r/min.After testing the wind speed and air volume,the reasonability of this design can be verified.The results show that when the rotating speed increasing,the cleaning rate increases first and then decreases,and the losing rate,wind speed,and air volume are all increased.The optimum performance parameters are achieved and satisfy the cleaning requirements,when the average export wind speed of left,middle and right measurement points are 10.19m/s,8.9m/s,and 10.56m/s respectively,the average cleaning rate is 97.62%,and the losing rate is 1.59%.
