基于ANSYS Workbench的中型深松铲仿真分析与研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用UG三维实体建模软件建立中型深松铲的三维几何模型,将建立好的几何模型导入ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,建立对应的有限元分析模型;对其进行稳定载荷状况下的静力分析,得到中型深松铲的变形和应力分布情况;对其进行模态分析,得到中型深松铲的固有频率和振型。改变中型深松铲结构材料和约束位置,与原静力分析和模态分析结果对比,结果表明:中型深松铲采用65Mn材料、螺栓固定约束和前端面约束的方式能有效提高其强度,降低铲柄的应力变形,固有频率较先前得到提高,且各阶固有频率间隔增大,抗外界破坏能力增强,为中型深松铲的实际应用和优化提供理论依据。 3D model of medium-sized deep loosening shovel was created by using UG,and then,imported into ANSYS Workbench to establish the corresponding finite element analysis model.Based on that,equivalent stress,equivalent elastic strain,and total deformation distribution were gotten,through static analysis with normal load;natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained with modal analysis.Changing the structural materials and constraint position of medium deep loosening shovel,and doing the static analysis and modal analysis again,the results were received and compared with the original results.The comparisons indicate that the intensity of medium-sized deep loosening shovel can be effectively improved,by using material 65 Mn,bolt restraint,and the front face restraint,which can also reduce the deformation and stress of shovel handle,improve the natural frequency,increase the natural frequency interval of each order.The changing can enhanced the resistance ability of shovel to external damage,and this study can provide theoretic references for the application and optimization of medium-sized deep loosening shovel.
