摘要
从节约能源角度出发,在对花生荚果进行冲击强度测试基础上,采用仿真软件,以花生脱壳部件所具有的动能逼近冲击强度为目标,对脱壳部件转速进行优化设计,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,当转速约为360r/min时,花生的脱净率平均值为98.82%,破损率平均值为2.65%,满足花生脱壳要求。
Optimized design and experimental verification were conducted with the consideration of energy conservation,thus,the experiments were completed with simulation software,based on impact strength test of peanut pod,and taking impact strength of peanut shelling components as the target.The results show that,when the rotational speed is about 360r/min,the average threshing rate is 98.82%,and the average breakage rate is 2.65%,which can satisfy the requirements of peanut shelling.
