摘要
利用实验观察和数值计算相结合的方法来研究液滴(高效氯氰菊酯乳油剂)撞击枸杞叶片后的铺展过程。首先利用设计好的实验装置对其进行13组实验,得到每组相应的实验图像。数值计算结果表明液滴直径大小、液滴下落的高度、枸杞叶片的倾斜角度等因素对铺展过程中液滴的最终铺展系数有影响。其次,运用Design expert软件进行对其实验结果进行分析,得出最终铺展系数与它们三者之间的关系。最后,运用Fluent软件对实验部分进行仿真对比,得出仿真结果与实验观察结果一致。
Spreading process of droplet(beta-cypermethrin,β-CP)impacting the wolfberry leaves was studied,by using experimental observation and numerical calculation.Firstly,13 droplet collision experiments were conducted with the designed devices,and the experimental images were obtained.The numerical results show that droplet diameter,falling height,and inclination angle have influence on spreading coefficient.Secondly,experimental results were analyzed with Design expert software,and the relationships among droplet diameter,falling height,inclination angle,and spreading coefficient were achieved.Finally,simulations were completed with Fluent software,and the simulation result is consistent with the experimental observation.
