涤/棉针织物分散/活性深浓色节能减排染色工艺

摘要 精洗剂用于涤/棉针织物分散/活性两浴染色一步后处理,将还原清洗和皂洗整合为一步,缩短了工艺流程。试验结果表明,该精洗剂有优良的乳化分散力,去除浮色效果好,处理后试样色牢度达到常规工艺的质量水平。按染1 t织物计算,与原工艺相比,可省时80 min,省水30 t,省电80 kWh,省汽1.4 t,折合减少综合标煤消耗达196 kg;污水排放减少30 t,污水的pH和CODCr质量浓度比传统工艺低。 Fine lotion is used in the one-step aftertreatment of cotton/polyester knitted fabrics two bath dyeing with disperse/reactive dyes. The reduction rinsing and soaping are integrated into one step to shorten the process. The test results show that the lotion has excellent emulsifying and dispersing power as well as good color removal effect. After treatment, the color fastness of the sample reaches the quality level of the conventional process. Comparing with the original process, dying 1 t fabric is able to save 80 min, water 30 t, electricity 80 kWh, steam 1.4 t, which is equivalent to reduce the total standard coal consumption of 196 kg. Sewage discharge is reduced by 30 t, and the effluent pH and its CODCr concentrations are lower than those of conventional processes.
