摘要
以阿司匹林为内标,在YWG-CN柱上用CH_3CN:CH_3COONa-H_2O:CHCl_3(10:90:1)为流动相用反相HPLC法测定了毫州芍药(毛果芍药P.lactiflora var.trichocarpa)不同物侯期根中羟基芍药甙(Ⅰ)、芍药内酯甙(Ⅱ)、芍药甙(Ⅲ)和苯甲酸(Ⅳ)的含量。结果发现,毫州地区毛果芍药根中甙类成分的产量在9月中旬呈最高水平;Ⅱ与Ⅲ的含量相关性较好(r=0.7848),在生合成上有某些内在联系;高温、少雨对甙类成分的积累不利。
A RP-HPLC with a YWG-CN column and by using CH_3CN: [CH_3COOH-CH_3COONa-H_2O(pH 3.2)]: CHCl_3(10:90:1, V/V) as the mobile phase and asprin as the internal standard was applied to determine the constituents, oxypeoniflorin (Ⅰ), albiflorin (Ⅱ), peoniflorin (Ⅲ) and benzoic acid (Ⅳ) in the root of Paeonia lactiflora var. trichocharpa (Bunge) Stern collected in different seasons. The glucosides showed the highest level in the middle ten days of September. The correlation coefficient of the contents between Ⅱ and Ⅲ showed that there is some relationship in their biogenous way. Glucoside contents fell at high temperature and low rainfall level.
