摘要
以多糖得率为指标,采用正交设计法优化微波辅助提取金花葵多糖的工艺,并测定金花葵多糖的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:微波辅助提取金花葵多糖的最佳工艺条件为微波功率280 W、微波辐射时间2 min、提取温度70℃、提取时间3.0 h,在此条件下多糖平均得率为5.51%;金花葵多糖对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基具有明显的清除能力,并能够有效抑制小鼠肝匀浆脂质的过氧化,其IC_(50)分别为0.068、1.23、1.20 mg/mL。
Based on polysaccharide yield indicators, the optimum processing conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Aurea helianthustems were studied by orthogonal design method, and deter-mined the antioxidant activity of Aurea helianthustems polysaccharide. The results indicated that the optimum extraction parameters of polysaccharide were microwave power 280 W, microwave radiation time 2 min, hy-drothermal extraction temperature 70 ℃, hydrothermal extraction time 3.0 h. Under the optimum conditions, the average extraction rate of polysaccharide was 5.51%. Aurea helianthustems polysaccharide had the effective scavenging activities of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion free radical. In addition, it could inhibit the per-oxidation of the mouse liver homogenate. The IC50 was 0.068, 1.23, 1.20 mg/mL, respectively.
