摘要
比较mini-VIDAS、膜芯片两种快速筛检方法和常规培养法,以确定两种快速筛检方法对大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7筛检的效果。以大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7为目标菌,针对3种方法设计灵敏性、特异性、抗干扰性试验和人工污染试验。结果表明,常规培养法和mini-VIDAS法的灵敏性较高,mini-VIDAS法和膜芯片法的特异性和抗干扰性较高,人工污染试验三者表现符合预期。日常检验中可采用国标法和mini-VIDAS法进行筛检工作,应急检验可使用膜芯片法缩短筛检时间,mini-VIDAS法和膜芯片法可作为初步筛检的工具使用。
This study aimed to compare of two rapid pre-detection methods and traditional culture method for detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7. Experiments were designed to test the sensitivity, specificity and anti interference of these methods, artificially contaminated samples were tested and verified. The results showed that, traditional culture method and mini-VIDAS method with high sensitivity, mini-VIDAS and membrane-based array method with specificity and high anti-interference, artificially contaminate test was as expected. Traditional culture method and mini-VIDAS method can be used for pre-detection in daily inspections,mem-brane-based array method could shorten the pre-detection time in emergency testing. Additionally, mini-VI-DAS and membrane-based array are good tools for pre-detection of the Escherichia coli O157:H7.
