纳米金除了具有纳米材料的一般性质外,还具有良好的光学特性、生物相容性及催化活性等独特的物理、化学性质。纳米金这些特殊的性质,使其在化学、生物、医药、食品等领域具有广泛的应用。综述了纳米金在食品检测领域、生物医药领域的应用,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
