持续质量改进降低透析后动静脉内瘘渗血率

Scheme of reducing the rate of oozing of arteriovenous fistula after dialysis

目的通过持续质量改进,降低透析后动静脉内瘘穿刺点渗血率。方法通过自制动静脉内瘘渗血因素评估表,分析内瘘渗血原因,针对主要原因,改进内瘘止血方法,建立标准化流程,对比持续质量改进前后透析后动静脉内瘘渗血率。结果透析后动静脉内瘘穿刺部位渗血率由9.6%下降为4.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过持续质量改进,有效地降低了透析后动静脉内瘘穿刺点渗血率,减少了动静脉内瘘并发症的发生。使透析后动静脉内瘘止血操作的工作更加科学化、制度化、规范化。

Objective Through continuously improving the quality,it reduces the rate of oozing of arteriovenous fistula puncture point.Meth-ods Through making the assessment form of the arteriovenous flitula errhysis fators,we analyze the reason of the oozing of the flitula.Aimed atthe main reason,we improve the hemostasis ways of the flitula, build the standardized process and compare with the rate of oozing of arteriove-nous fistula after dialysis which improves the quality continuously.Results The rate of oozing of arteriovenous fistula in the punture part de-creased from 9.6% to 4.1% after dialysis.The differences have the statistical significance（P〈0.05） .Conclusion Through improving the qual-ity continuously,it can reduce the rate of oozing of arteriovenous fistula in the punture part after dialysis effectively and complications of arteri-ovenous fistula occurred.It can make the operation of the work ,arteriovenous fistula hemostasis after dialysis, more scientific ,institutional andcanonical.
