摘要
针对工业实际横切剪控制系统的非线性、强耦合和时变性等特点,以模糊自适应PID控制来替代普通PID控制,建立闭环伺服控制系统。通过MATLAB软件对控制理论及控制系统进行仿真以后,利用固高控制器(CPAC)控制系统的运动控制功能库,结合MATLAB模糊控制工具箱,编制基于VC++的运动控制程序,得到在实际应用中稳定性好、控制精度高的横切剪控制系统,能够满足实际生产需求。
In view of the nonlinear, strong coupling and time variation characteristics of industrial actual flying shear control system, the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is designed to replace the common PID control, and the closed-loop servo control system is established. After the simulation of the control theory and control system, the motion control function library of Googol CPAC and the fuzzy control toolbox of MATLAB are combined to design VC + + motion control program. The flying shear control system has good stability and high control precision, which can meet the actual production requirements.
