摘要
"大众创业、万众创新"成为学界研究热点,然而对于创新和创业这两个维度的不同侧重决定了对于人才素质的不同要求,进而影响了目前众多双创大赛的评价标准。本文采取文本内容分析法对2012-2014年国内规格最高的创新创业赛事,即中国创新创业大赛中100位获奖代表的视频进行收集与整理,对其人才选拔标准进行分析,从而明确以创新和创业的不同标准衡量的高素质人才的特性,从项目标准、价值标准、教育背景标准、行业技术标准、能力结构标准等方面对中国创新创业大赛的选标标准进行解读,试图回答目前双创大赛究竟是以创新带动创业,还是以创业驱动创新?从而为大赛选拔机制提供理论指导。
Public entrepreneurship and innovation has become the hot spot of academia research nowadays. However,the different focus between innovation and entrepreneurship determines the evaluation standard of a series of similar competitions. So,the article is based on text content analysis method to analyze the video data of 100 representatives,making talent selection criteria analysis for China innovation and entrepreneurship competition in 2012 to 2014,which will helps us to firm up the different characteristics of innovation talents and entrepreneurship talents. Then,we analyze and interpret China innovation and entrepreneurship competition from the project criteria,value criteria,education background criteria,technical background criteria,and ability structure criteria,providing the theoretical guidance for competition selection mechanism and raising the scientificalness and authority of talents selection of competition.
