对《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版朱砂及其制剂标准的分析和探讨

Analysis and discussion on standards of cinnabar and its preparations in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition

研读《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版一部收载的朱砂及其制剂的标准,统计和分析处方、制法、功能主治、朱砂每日最大服(使)用量、注意事项和质量控制项目。朱砂的用量为0.1~0.5 g。70种制剂中,朱砂处方量占处方总量的0.08%~44.39%。朱砂每日最大服(使)用量在3~493 mg。6个品种未规定朱砂炮制方法,27个品种没有注意事项,24个品种未规定与朱砂相关的质量控制项目。建议严格和规范朱砂炮制方法、补充和完善含朱砂制剂的鉴别、含量测定和注意事项。

Standards of cinnabar and its preparations in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition,volume I,were studied in this paper.Ingredients,procedure,action,indications,maximum daily dose of cinnabar,precaution and items for quality control were summarized and analyzed.Dosage of cinnabar ranges from 0.1 g to 0.5 g.Among 70 preparations containing cinnabar,the amount of cinnabar accounts for 0.08% to 44.39% of the total amount of all ingredients,and the maximum daily dose of cinnabar are between 3 mg and 493 mg.Processing method of cinnabar,precaution and item for quality control relating to cinnabar were lack in 6,27 and 24 standards of preparations containing cinnabar,respectively.We suggest to specify the processing method of cinnabar,and to implement the identification,assay and precaution in standards.
