摘要
目的:对苯基吡拉西坦的合成方法进行研究。方法:以肉桂酸乙酯为起始原料,经加成、还原、烷基化、氨解,得苯基吡拉西坦。结果:反应收率最高可达40.4%,产品质量合格。结论:该制备方法缩短了合成步骤,简化了操作,提高了产品收率,为神经系统用药苯基吡拉西坦的制备提供了新方法。
Objective: To investigate the synthetic technology of phenylpiracetam.Methods: The target compound was synthesized through addition,reduction,alkylation,and ammonolysis from ethyl cinnamate.Results: The reaction yield was up to 40.4%,and the product quality was qualified.Conclusion: This synthetic method has several advantages,such as reduced reaction steps,convenient operation,and the higher yield.It is a new method for the preparation of phenylpiracetam,a central nervous system drug.
