侵袭性念珠菌病的初始治疗：棘白菌素还是氟康唑？ 被引量：3

摘要 侵袭性念珠菌病是常见的院内感染，病死率高，念珠菌血症是主要感染类型。ICU血流感染中念珠菌血症列第4位，病死率高达40％，其发生的危险因素包括免疫抑制、入住ICU、广谱抗菌药物应用、念珠菌定植，与腹部手术、留置导管、肠外营养等医源性因素关系密切。
