“标本配穴”电针对糖尿病肾病的改善作用及肾脏SIRT1蛋白表达水平的影响

The Effects of Electro-acupuncture on Diabetic Nephropathy and The Expression of Renal SIRT1 Protein in Zucker Diabetic Fatty Rats

目的:观察"标本配穴"电针干预方法对糖尿病肾病大鼠模型肾功能、超微结构的改善作用及肾脏SIRT1蛋白表达的影响。方法:Zucker fa/fa大鼠12只按随机数字表法分为模型对照组及非电针刺激组、电针治疗组,另选其同窝瘦鼠(Zucker+/?)4只作为空白对照组。非电针刺激组和电针治疗组分别治疗3周,于治疗后第21天测其4组大鼠的饮水量、进食量、体质量和空腹血糖、餐后血糖;治疗3周后大鼠处死,观察血清白蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素、血尿氮、肾脏超微结构及SIRT1蛋白表达水平。结果:与模型对照组比较,"标本配穴"电针治疗组大鼠进食量减少,体质量降低,空腹血糖、餐后血糖降低,血肌酐、血尿素、血尿氮水平降低,肾脏超微结构得到明显改善,SIRT1蛋白表达增多。结论:"标本配穴"电针能够改善糖尿病肾病肾功能和超微结构,可能与其上调肾脏SIRT1蛋白表达水平有关。

Objective： To observe the effect of ＂ the Combination of Biao-Ben Acupoints＂ electro-acupuncture（ EA） on renal function,kidney ultramicrostructure,and the expression of renal SIRT1 protein of diabetic nephropathy rats model.Methods： 12 male Zucker fa/fa rats,were randomly divided into model control group,none EA group,EA group and 4 in each group. 4 zucker lean（ ZL） rats（ fa/-）,their lean normoglycemic littermates,were set for control group. none EA group and EA group was treated,after 3 weeks,all rats were sacrificed and the blood,kidney were extracted for detection.Results： After treatment,Compared with model control group,the EA group＇s food-intake reduced,weight lossed,fasting and postprandial blood glucose lower,the level of CREA,UA,BUN dropped,kidney ultramicro-structure improved,the expression of renal SIRT1 protein up-regulated. Conclusion： ＂ The Combination of Biao-Ben Acupoints＂ EA can improve renal function,kidney ultramicro-structure,up-regulate the expression of renal SIRT1 protein of diabetic nephropathy.
