马克思主义经典作家论述了阶级的形成与发展、阶级的划分标准、阶级意识与阶级斗争等重要内容,建立起科学的阶级分析理论。阶级概念在不同的语境中进行传播和衍变。在马克思主义传入中国之初,阶级观点和阶级分析方法已经被中国先进知识分子所注意到,马克思主义阶级概念和阶级分析方法成为分析中国社会的概念工具和根本方法。改革开放至今,中国社会经济制度的变革导致社会结构发生重大变化,与此同时,世界范围内资本主义发展态势良好,资本主义国家的阶级状况也发生重大变化。在此背景之下,马克思主义阶级分析理论遭遇挑战。

Marxist classical writers discussed the formation and development of class and class division standard,class consciousness and class struggle,and other important content,estahlished the scientific theory of class analysis. Class concepts spread and evolve in different contexts. In the initial stage Marxism was introduced into China,class viewpoints and class analysis method had come into the view of Chinese intellectuals. Marxist class concepts and class analysis method has become a basic method to analyze the social situation in China. Since the reh）rm and opening up ,China＇s social and economic system transformation lead to significant changes in social structure,at the same time,the development of world capitalist is in good shape,and then the conditions of classes in the capitalist countries also has greatly changed. In this context,Marxist theory of class analysis is challenged.
