学籍管理是高校日常管理中的重要内容,从学生入学注册登记到毕业离校,学籍管理渗透于各个阶段、各个环节之中。当前,从以人为本的视角出发,查看高校学籍管理的现状可发现其中存在不少问题,尤其是在管理理念、宣传力度、管理内容和管理主体中更是如此,这严重影响了学籍管理应有的效果。对此,高校需要紧扣问题的实质所在,从人本理念出发,采取针对性的应对策略。

Enrollment management which involves in almost all stages and steps of university management,covering the whole student cultivation process,is an essential part of university management. The examination of enrollment management in university from the perspective of humanism indicates that there are a series of problems in enrollment management,such as management ideas,publicity of enrollment management,management content and management subject,which have a strong impact on the effectiveness of students status management. Therefore it is an emergent necessity for countermeasures to respond to the problems in question.
