摘要
以“一切一夹”所致大鼠缺血性急性肾衰为模型,观察了泻下通瘀合剂对大鼠缺血性急性肾衰的影响。结果表明:与速尿组及生理盐水组相比,泻下通瘀合剂能明显降低大鼠血清尿素氮、肌酐以及主要脏器脂质过氧化物的含量,减轻大鼠肾组织瘀血程度,减少肾小管内管型数目。
We observed the effect of mixture of purgation and eliminating stasis (MPES) in a model of acute ischemic renal failure. The results were compared with those of the group of furosemide or saline. They showed that the MPES outstandingly decreased urea nitrogen in serum, creatinine and content of lipid peroxide of vital organs in rats; lessened the blood stasis of kidney and reduced the tubular cast in renal tubules.
