施锰方式对水稻吸收积累镉的影响研究 被引量:18

摘要 该试验选取重金属重度污染稻田进行大田试验,研究3种锰肥(硫酸锰、螯合锰、碳酸锰)及其施用方式(基施T_(Mn)、叶面喷施_(YMn)、基施+叶面喷施T_(Mn)+Y_(Mn))对水稻(Y两优1号)吸收转运镉的影响。研究表明,锰肥能够显著降低稻米中Cd的含量,不同施用方式降Cd效果不同,其中T_(Mn)+Y_(Mn)处理效果最好,T_(Mn)、Y_(Mn)次之。与空白相比,T_(Mn)+Y_(Mn)谷壳和糙米中Cd含量分别降低31.48%~41.20%和24.77%~34.86%,T_(Mn)谷壳和糙米中Cd的含量分别降低10.19%~15.74%和3.67%~12.48%,Y_(Mn)谷壳和糙米中Cd的含量分别降低6.02%~15.28%和5.50%~11.01%。结果表明,无论是组合施用锰肥,还是单施锰肥,都能降低糙米中Cd含量,对治理稻米Cd污染有很好的潜力。 Medium metal contaminated soils were selected to explore Cd repairing in rice by based and foliage manganese fertilizer. The experiment was consisted of three treatments including sulfate manganese, chelating manganese, carbonate manganese applied into soil by non-used fertilizers (CK), the manganese fertilizer applied into soil (Try), the manganese fertilizer applied into foliar (YMn) and the manganese fertilizer applied into soil combined with foliar spray (TMn+YMn). The research examined Cd concentrations migration rules, and the results showed that, compared to CK, manganese fertilizer had significant impacts on decreasing Cd in brown rice. In addition, TMn+YMn had the best effects to decrease Cd in grains, which resulted in Cd concentrations of husk and brown rice reduced by 31.48%-41.20%, 24.77%-34.86%, followed by TMn and YMn. Cd concentrations of husk and brown rice reduced by 10.19%-15.74%, 3.67%-12.48% with TMn, and reduced by 6.02%-15.28%, 5.50%-11.01% with YMn. To conclusion, TMn and TMn+YMn were confirmed as potential Cd pollution control technologies to rice.
