摘要
在分析了重金属超富集植物定义的基础上,针对衡量转移特征与富集系数特征评价指标的名称、定义比较混乱,不同学者对同一个含义的命名不一致,而同一个英文名称又对应于不同的中文,或者同样的中文名称对应于不同英文的现状,该文对常见评价指标bioconcentration factor、bioaccumulation factor、translocation factor、transfer factor、enrichment factor、enrichment coefficient和shoot-toroot ratio、shoot-root(shoot/root)ratio的起源、影响力、合理性、明确性等进行了梳理与总结,并给出了如何使用衡量转移特征与富集系数特征评价指标以便于学术交流的建议。
After analyzing the definition of heavy metal hyperaccumulator, this paper presents a review on the origins, influences, rationalities and clarities of the commonest terms which evaluate the heavy metal plant accumulators' transfer attribute and bioconcentration attribute. These terms include bioconcentration factor, bioaccumulation factor, translocation factor, transfer factor, enrichment factor, enrichment coefficient as well as shoot-to-root ratio, shoot-root (shoot/root)ratio. The authors also give suggestions on how to choose the evaluating indices terms to facilitate academic exchanges.
