摘要
复合瓷绝缘子作为一种新型绝缘子,已在部分输电线路上应用,为研究复合瓷绝缘子的性能,抽取两个厂家的20片样品,对复合瓷绝缘子开展表面结构测量、憎水性、绝缘电阻测试、工频耐压试验、空气中冲击击穿试验和机械破坏试验,进而对复合瓷绝缘子的性能进行分析。试验结果的发现复合瓷绝缘子憎水性达到HC1级、且具有良好的机械性能和耐工频交流电压性能,但是单片绝缘子没有通过空气中冲击击穿试验,在耐雷击水平上有所欠缺,其生产工艺、质量需进一步加强。
As a novel insulator, composite porcelain suspension insulator has been used in some power lines. In order to investigate the performance of composite porcelain suspension insulator, this paper selects 20 samples from two manufacturers. By comparing the structure, hydrophobicity, insulation resistance test, impulse puncture test in air and mechanical breakdown test of these insulators, the performance of composite porcelain suspension insulator is analyzed. The composite porcelain suspension insulator has excellent mechanical property and electrical property in power frequency voltage withstand test. The hydrophobicity reach HC 1 level in water spray test. However, they fail in impulse puncture test in air, revealing its weakness in lightning withstand ability. Its manufacturing technique and quality should be improved to fit the requirement of power system.
