摘要
为了研究依普菌素透皮涂擦剂对藏猪体内外寄生虫的驱虫效果,笔者在西藏林芝市随机选择40头1月龄藏猪,分为试验组(20头)和对照组(20头),试验组应用依普菌素透皮涂擦剂按照0.5 mg/kg体重剂量经背部皮肤给药;对照组按照相同的方法涂擦相同剂量的生理盐水。采用寄生虫粪便学检查方法检查虫卵,采用显微镜观察法检查疥螨,在现场用直接观察法检查体表寄生虫。结果显示,依普菌素透皮涂擦剂对藏猪无不良反应,试验组线虫转阴率为80.0%,疥螨,虱,跳蚤,蜱转阴率分别为90.0%、82.4%、84.2%和100%;对照组体内外寄生虫没有明显变化。试验结果表明,依普菌素透皮涂擦剂对藏猪线虫以及体表寄生虫具有明显的防治效果,而且操作简单,便于当地农牧民使用,可在西藏农牧区推广。
In order to study the effect of eprinomectin transdermal inunction agent on control parasite in Tibetan pigs. A total of 40 Ti- betan pigs from Nyingchi city were divided into experimental group (20) and the control group (20), the experimental group applied eprinomectin transdermal inunction agent according to 0.5 mg/kg body weight on the back of the skin, the control group use the same method and the same dose of normal saline. Check the eggs of parasites by parasitolagical stool examination, check sarcoptid mite through microscope observation and check other ectozoons by direct observation. Result: Eprinomectin transdermal inunction agent have no adverse reaction to Tibetan pigs, nematodes overcast rate was 80.0% in experimental group and the overcast rate of sarcoptid mite, louse, flea and tick were 90.0%, 82.4%, 84.2% and 100%, respectively, while the control group did not have significantly change. The results of study show that eprinomectin transdermal inunction agent have obvious anthelmintic effects for nematodes and ectozoon in Ti- betan pigs and the operation is simple, easily to use for local farmers of herdsmen, it can be widely used in the pastoral areas of Tibet.
