HPLC同时测定香砂平胃颗粒中的橙皮苷、和厚朴酚与厚朴酚 被引量:6

Simultaneous determination of hesperidin,honokiol and magnolol in Xiangsha Pingwei granules by HPLC

摘要 目的测定香砂平胃颗粒中3种有效成分的含量。方法采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚,采用SERVO PT-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱(0~17 min、37%A,17~17.1 min、37%A^80%A,17.1~29 min、80%A),检测波长284 nm,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),柱温35℃,进样量10μL。结果 133.42~2134.72 ng橙皮苷、10.98~175.68 ng和厚朴酚、13.95~223.20 ng厚朴酚与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.9990、0.9992、0.9993),平均加样回收率分别为98.4%(RSD=1.87%)、95.7%(RSD=1.96%)、97.3%(RSD=1.35%)。结论所用方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于测定香砂平胃颗粒中各有效成分的含量。 OBJECTIVE To simultaneouly determine three effective components in Xiangsha Pingwei granules( XPG). METHODS The contents of hesperidin,honokiol and magnolol were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: The SERVO PT-C(18) column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used as chromatographic column,methanol( A)-water( B) as mobile phase,gradient elution: adopted 0-17 min,37% A,17-17. 1 min,37% A-80% A,17. 1-29 min,80% A,with detecting wavelength at284 nm,the column temperature of 35 ℃ and flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min^(-1). RESULTS A good linearity of hesperidin,honokiol and magnolol was in the range of 133. 42-2134. 72 ng( r = 0. 9990),10. 98-175. 68 ng( r = 0. 9992),13. 95-223. 20 ng( r = 0. 9993),respectively. The average recoveries were 98. 4%( RSD = 1. 87%) for hesperidin,95. 7%( RSD = 1. 96%) for honokiol and 97. 3%( RSD = 1. 35%) for magnolol. CONCLUSION The method is simple,feasible and repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of XPG.
