HPLC测定益肝除湿合剂中的没食子酸

Determination of gallic acid in Yigan Chushi mixture by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法测定益肝除湿合剂中没食子酸的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(5∶6∶89)为流动相,检测波长264.5 nm,流速1 m L·min^(-1),柱温30℃。结果 0.01~2.54μg没食子酸与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.32%,RSD=0.90%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、易控、准确可靠,可用于益肝除湿合剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Yigan Chushi mixture（ YCM） by HPLC. METHODS The Diamonsil-C18 column was used（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0. 1% Phosphoric acid（ 5 ∶ 6 ∶ 89）. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L·min^（-1）. The column temperature was at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 264. 5 nm. RESULTS The linear range of gallic acid was 0. 01-2. 54 μg（ r = 0. 9997）. The average recovery of sample was 99. 32% with the RSD of 0. 90%（ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple,easy to control,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of YCM.
