摘要
某食品工业园有限公司生产废水以卤制工艺废水为主。针对现有的卤制废水处理情况,进行该企业污水处理站一期改造和二期新建工程设计。一期改造、二期新建工程分别采用"混凝/隔油/气浮/ABR/泥膜共生池"、"混凝/隔油/气浮/ABR/AO池/石英砂过滤/活性炭过滤"工艺。当处理站进水COD、BOD_5、SS、氨氮、动植物油浓度分别为14 230、6 552、344.59、223.73、760.53 mg/L时,一期改造、二期新建工程出水相应指标去除率均达到97%和99%以上,出水水质符合相关排放标准。项目建成后运行成本为1.47元/m^3。
The production wastewater of a food industrial park company was mainly composed by bittern process wastewater. Wastewater treatment projects of phase I reconstruction and phase II were designed according to the existing problems in brine wastewater treatment. The reconstruction project of phase I and the new project of phase Ⅱ used "coagulation/oil separation/air flotation/ABR/activated sludge-biofilm tank" and "coagulation/oil separation/air flotation/ABR/AO tank/quartz sand filtration/ activated carbon filtration" as the main brine wastewater treatment process, respectively. When the influent COD, BODs, SS, ammonia nitrogen, animal and plant oil concentrations were respectively 14 230 mg/L, 6 552 mg/L, 344.59 mg/L, 223.73 mg/L, 760.53 mg/L, the removal rates of all the indexes above in effluent of the phase I and phase Ⅱ projects all reached more than 97% and 99%, and the effluent quality could meet the relevant emission standards. The wastewater treatment station operating cost was 1.47 yuan/m3 after the completion of the project.
