摘要
介绍了鄂尔多斯市国泰化工煤制甲醇项目废水处理工艺,阐述了其废水处理工艺改造的必要性。实践表明,通过增加软化系统,总硬度、Ca^(2+)、SiO_2分别降到60、11、12.4 mg/L,达到了中水回用装置进水水质要求;通过新增浓盐水再提浓装置,浓盐水得到了进一步有效浓缩,新增回用水量为24×10~4m^3/a;通过增加机械雾化蒸发系统提高了暂存池的蒸发效率。技术改造后,废水处理装置基本达到了环保要求。对技术改造后废水处理成本进行了测算,为今后技术改造方向提出了新思路,对于同类化工厂废水处理有一定借鉴意义。
The wastewater treatment process of Erdos City Cathay Chemical coal to methanol project was introduced. The necessity of treatment process improvement was illustrated. Practice results showed that the levels of total hardness, Ca2+ , SiO2 decreased to 60 mg/L, 11 mg/L, 12.4 mg/L by application of the softening system, which reached the reuse water quality requirement. Through the new brine concentration device, the brine had been further concentrated effectively, and the newly added water consumption is 24 x 104 m3/a. The evaporation efficiency of the temporary storage pool was im- proved by adding mechanical atomization device to the evaporation system. The wastewater treatment process could meet the environmental protection requirements after technical improvement. The cost of wastewater treatment after technical renovation was calculated as well in this paper. New ideas were pro- posed for future technical improvement, which are useful for the wastewater treatment of similar chemical plants.
