摘要
根据阀门往复端面密封的要求,设计一种平板凸轮机构作为阀门的执行机构。分析了凸轮偏心距、凸轮轮廓的形位误差与从动件的位移关系。提出了由偏心距误差和凸轮轮廓几何误差引起的从动件位移误差计算公式。指出了偏心距误差和凸轮轮廓几何误差对端面密封压缩量的影响情况,获得该凸轮执行机构的容差能力。
According to the requirements of valve reciprocating end face seal,a kind of flat cam mechanisms is designed as the actuator of valve. Analyze the relationship between the cam eccentricity,the shape tolerance of cam contour and the follower displacement. Present a formula for the displacement tolerance of follower caused by the moment tolerance of the cam and the geometric tolerance of the cam profile. Point out the influence of the eccentricity tolerance and the geometric tolerance of the cam contour on the compression amount of the end face seal,and abtain the tolerance of the cam actuating mechanism.
