摘要
14Cr17Ni2不锈钢由于具有高强度以及优良的抗腐蚀性能常用作紧固件。某供气管路高压法兰采用的14Cr17Ni2紧固件,但是在盐雾环境使用过程下表面生锈。论文介绍了达克罗涂层和电解钝化两种表面处理工艺,解决了不锈钢紧固件表面生锈问题。
14Cr17Ni2 stainless steel was often used as fasteners because of its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The surface on14Cr17Ni2 fasteners that was used in the high-pressure flange of gas pipeline get rusty in salt fog. In this paper it introduced two kinds of surface treatment processes,dacromet coating and electrolytic passivation,solving the problem of surface rustiness on the stainless steel fasteners.
