摘要
论文在分析弧齿圆柱齿轮成型原理基础上,提出了其在两种工作模式下的传动副的接触形式,即点接触和线接触,并对由齿面间弹性变形形成的接触椭圆面积进行了分析,阐述了中心距对齿轮啮合性能的影响,得出随着中心距的增大,点接触区域和线接触区域都减小,但中心距变化对接触区域影响较小,圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮保留了渐开线直齿轮中心距可分性和安装误差适应性的优点。
On the basis of analyzing the forming principle of arc tooth cylindrical gear,this paper put forward the contact forms of its transmission pair in two kinds of work pattern,namely point contact and line contact. And this paper studied the area of contact ellipse formed by elastic deformation between tooth surfaces,analyzed the influence of center distance on the gear meshing performance,it is concluded that both of point contact area and line contact area are reduced with the increase of center distance,but the influence of center distance changes is lesser on the contact area,which illustrated the arc tooth cylindrical gear retained the advantages of involute spur gear including center distance separability and installation error adaptation.
