摘要
针对传统起重机金属结构平面度测量方法的不足,论文设计了起重机金属结构平面度检测装置,以克服传统测量过程中存在的目测估读及测量精度低等缺点。该装置包括机械结构、数据采集与存储等模块,可实时显示测量值,并可将测量数据在Matlab中转化为立体图形进行分析。
In view of the shortage of traditional measuring methods of flatness of the metal structure of the crane,this paper designed a flatness detection device of crane metal structure,in order to overcome the defect of traditional measurement in the process of reading and visual estimation low measurement accuracy. The device includes the mechanical structure,data acquisition and storage module,which can display the measured value in real time,and can change the measured data in Matlab into a solid figure for analysis.
