摘要
核化威胁是我们面临的严峻现实问题,如何有效的进行应对是当务之急。论文结合中国核化监测的现状及需求,以具体项目为例,提出了核化监测网络系统的建设方法。从系统组成、总体设计方法、系统特点、应用前景等方面,对系统进行了阐述,旨在为形成有效的核化监控机制、防患于未然,或将已经发生的危害降至最低提供建设性参考。
Nuclear threat is a serious problem facing us,how to respond effectively is a priority. Based on the present situation and demand of nuclear monitoring in China,this paper puts forward the construction method of nuclear monitoring network system,taking concrete project as an example. From the composition of the system,the overall design method,system characteristics and application aspects of the system are introduced,so as to form the nucleus of effective controlling mechanism,nip in the bud,or damage has happened to a minimum to provide constructive reference.
