摘要
针对目前应用较为广泛的可重构硬件的故障分析,在现有的技术基础上提出了一种分布式在线故障定位具有自诊断功能的新型可重构硬件系统,该系统主要由功能单元、容错开关模块、总线及基本I/O组成,实现了在线自诊断与自修复,大大降低了硬件开销和时间开销,该研究将用于某功能安全级控制系统中。
According to the fault analysis of reconfigurable hardware,a new kind structure of reconfigurable hardware with online distributed fault orientation and self-diagnosis was designed,which consists of function unit,fault tolerance-switch block,bus and I/O,realizes online selfdiagnosis and self-restore,has a good effect on reducing hardware-spending and time-spending that will be used in a functional safety system.
