摘要
某型弹载瓦式有源相控阵天线采用模块化、小型化和一体化设计,设备集成度和环境适应性要求高,研制工艺难度大。通过工艺总体策划,综合应用精密加工、精密压接、精密焊接、高密度电子组装、微组装以及三防技术等一系列先进制造和防护工艺技术,突破辐射阵面集成制造和瓦式TR组件集成制造两项关键技术,保证天线满足设备高性能、高集成度以及高可靠性的要求。
This study is focused on a missile-borne tile-type phased array antenna(TPAA),which uses the modularizing,miniaturization and integralization design method. The manufacturing technology of the TPAA is difficult,due to its high integration level and high environmental adaptability. This study carries out the overall process planning of the TPAA,and integrates a series of advanced manufacturing and protection technologies,including precise machining,precise welding,high density assembly,micro-assembly and three-proof technology. Based on which,it breaks through the key technologies of integrated manufacturing of the antenna array and the tile-type TR module. As a result,it ensures the requirements of the TPAA,such as high performance criteria,high integration,and high reliability.
